Our History

2020

New Beginnings

Andy Wardill, CEO, launched CRP Group just two weeks before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the challenging circumstances, he initiated the Automotive Division, adding two experienced consultants to the team, a venture that coincided with the pandemic's arrival. During this period, Andy formed an initial partnership with his first automotive client, successfully delivering a project involving 60 team members. Amid the pandemic, Liam Wilkinson, Director, also joined the team, spearheading the establishment of CRP Group's Legal division. Liam's efforts were instrumental in aiding Andy's recruitment endeavours, particularly for essential workers during the pandemic.

2021

Adapting to Challenges

The following year witnessed the addition of Peter Upton as Director, bringing his expertise to play a pivotal role in the growth and advancement of the Automotive Division. CRP Group marked the conclusion of its inaugural financial year with remarkable growth and profits, demonstrating resilience in adapting to the COVID-19 pandemic. Further illustrating progress, CRP Group transitioned into a newly acquired, modern office space, a shared facility that underwent renovation under the backings of the KERV group. Allowing the development of an operations team, that includes an Operations Director, two Finance Specialists, a Marketing Executive, and a Head of Research, alongside a new legal consultant, diversifying the team to further assist our efforts to clients and candidates.

2022

Sector Growth

Continuing this journey, 2022 saw CRP Group celebrate another year of growth, culminating in the closing of its second financial year end, this time in Dublin, Ireland. The Legal Division, led by Liam Wilkinson, welcomed two new additions, including a professional who contributed significantly to expanding CRP Group's presence in the UK and US markets. Alongside a legal consultant, pushing the growth of the UK legal permanent and temporary sectors. In parallel, the Automotive Division was reinforced by two new additions, collaborating with existing team members to drive the UK division forward.

2023

Expanding the Group

As the calendar turned, CRP Group achieved another record-breaking financial year, demonstrating sustained growth and momentum. The group marked this milestone by acquiring and renovating an additional office space within the same business park as the KERV group, establishing a more dedicated workspace. David Febrero, a seasoned recruitment professional with over 13 years of experience, joined as Manager, and accompanied by an additional consultant, spearheaded the inception of CRP Group's Professional Services division, further expanding the scale of services offered.
