CRP Group’s Automotive and Engineering division continues to grow from strength to strength across the UK, US, and Europe.

Fuelling Innovation, Accelerating Excellence

Headed up by Group Director, Peter Upton, the division has grown rapidly through our strong understanding of the market and the ability to match the right level of candidate to the size and style of our clients.

Starting out in the UK we have deployed teams of over 60 people on a contract basis, placing individuals from Engineers, Production Managers and Directors through to CEOs on a permanent basis. Gaining traction in Europe and most recently the US; the division is continuously expanding.

Peter Upton

Director

As Director of CRP Group, Peter is responsible for driving the continued growth of the U.S. Construction division. By building strong relationships with General Contractors, Developers and Engineering businesses, he has helped establish CRP as a trusted recruitment partner across the Civil Engineering and Infrastructure market. His focus is on understanding the long-term goals of every client, providing strategic recruitment advice and delivering solutions that create lasting partnerships as well as exceptional hires.
